Did you know why 7 day hospital is called 7 day? Here is why:
1. Because (at Karachi Adventist Hospital a.k.a. 7day) patient bed sheets are changed after 7 days (as a cost saving measure).
2. Because (at Karachi Adventist Hospital) patients admitted there DIE within 7 days. Pathetic, isn't it?
3. Because (at Karachi Adventist Hospital) medicines are N.S. (not in stock) for seven days a week.(it is a gallant attempt to decrease the usage of drugs and save the world....Bravo!)
4. Because (at Karachi Adventist Hospital) patient lab results are reported after seven days ! (seems to be done to keep patients admitted there longer). What a cheap trick; but expensive for the patients :-(
5. Because (at Karachi Adventist Hospital) the elevators (lifts) work only seven days in a month (a good way to save electricity).
6. Because (at Karachi Adventist Hospital) at least every seven days; a patient gets raped by the staff. Of course the matter gets covered up by the hospital.Sometimes nurses also get raped; by the administration officers.
7. Because (at Karachi Adventist Hospital) there are seven standard ways to try to kill you when admitted at 7day hospital i.e. administration of wrong medicines,usage of fake medicines, respiratory machines not working, injecting higher dosage, using non sterile instruments, medicine coming late,doctor unable to figure out the problem. Employees are encouraged totake risks with patients. It is a morale booster.
The above are based on actual conditions prevailing at Karachi Adventist Hospital (a.k.a. 7day), Karachi, Pakistan. This hospital needs to be avoided like the plague. Come for treatment here at your own risk.
If you have any doubts, please do come by and get admitted. With a bit of luck, you will live to regret the experience.
Why all this is happening is because the hospital is currently under control of a bunch of goons who are doing nothing but milking the profits for their own selfish purposes. Charitable hospital indeed !What a joke.
The charitable name is only for fleecing donations from all and sundry. May God open the eyes of would be donors that they see through this mask of goodness. And hopefully people will turn elsewhere for treatment rather than putting their lives at risk.
